This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

Me and my husband were looking to buy a house in Dauphin or Cumberland County. Emily found the houses we were looking for. She went above and beyond for us. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and listened to what we were looking for us in a house. She answered all of our questions. Emily is the reason why we got our house. The sellers represented themselves, she worked diligently with them and communicated with them very professionally and politely. Emily made the entire process exciting. I would work with Emily again and would recommend her to anyone.

Jen is an amazing agent! She created spreadsheets, ones that compared the list price, size, type of home, location, etc, to help us keep track of every home we considered putting an offer on. She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents. Absolutely love working with her and look forward to our future adventures!
