From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn’t miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. Throughout the process, she was mindful of cost and always looked for ways to save us money where it made sense. She was also super responsive, organized, and clear in her communication. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war!
