He is a down to earth and mastered the art of negotiation and was able to help us feel comfortable with the price of our investment. He would always return phone calls and respond to our emails within a timely manner, which is very important to us. He is well connected and was able to get us to help in getting a mortgage, finding reliable home inspector and title company. We are new to the area and because of his help we were able to find an excellent home inspector as well great title company. He arranged almost everything we needed to ensure we close on time.
