Lindsay worked so hard and diligently for us. While selling our previous home. She instructed me on how to stage my rooms to best showcase the house. She took some great photos, booked a couple showings, and a day later it was sold! When looking for our new home, she took us to house after house until we found the perfect one for us to purchase. Aaron is the best realtor on the East Coast! His attention to detail and his understanding of the purchase/loan process is top tier! He values the customer above his commission check! He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! If you need an agent that cares about you and treats you with respect then this is your guy!
