We followed the “best practice” advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.

I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
