To Whom It May Concern, We are writing to express our sincere appreciation and highest recommendation for Amy, who served as our Realtor during the sale of our mother’s home following her passing. From the very beginning, Amy went far beyond what we expected in a real estate professional. Given that the closest family member lived over two hours away, we were facing what could have been a very difficult and overwhelming process. Amy stepped in and made it manageable—and even smooth—through her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care. She was incredibly proactive in every aspect of the process. Amy helped coordinate the removal of items that were no longer needed, connected us with reliable contractors and service providers, and personally met with them at the house on multiple occasions. She handled details that we simply could not manage from a distance, always keeping us informed and reassured. When legal documents or unexpected issues arose, Amy responded immediately and efficiently, ensuring that nothing slowed down the process. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. What stood out most to us was not just her competence, but her compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. This was more than a transaction—this was a difficult time for our family, and Amy treated it with the respect and care it deserved. We have since been told that this level of service is simply how Amy treats all of her clients. If that is the case, anyone who works with her is truly fortunate. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. We recommend Amy without hesitation to anyone in need of a dedicated, trustworthy, and exceptional Realtor. With sincere gratitude, Bruce & Diane Walters

We had worked with Janice previously and once again she provided a great experience. Janice ensures that you have all the information in a timely manner. She is always professional and is as available for any questions. She makes you feel supported through the process. I also found her reminders helpful. Thank you Janice!

Eric Axe did a great job selling my mother’s home. His marketing was very well done. The house sold in 2 days. No issues with settlement. Everything went really well. Thank you Eric
