He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! If you need an agent that cares about you and treats you with respect then this is your guy! Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process. From the beginning, Keith showed he was knowledgeable, easily accessible and was willing to work around your schedule. He knew the value of the homes in our area and would suggest (not tell), us what he would sell the house for. It's always a good sign when your realtor doesn't tell you what you should do! It took awhile to sell her house because there were many renovations that needed completed, however, he sold her house for what she wanted.
