I seriously can’t say enough good things about Kate! She made my entire home-buying experience fun, smooth, and stress-free. I had never been to the PA/DE/MD area before, had a tight weekend schedule with a long (looooong) list of houses I wanted to see, and she managed to fit them all in without making it feel rushed or overwhelming.
