Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process. From the beginning, Keith showed he was knowledgeable, easily accessible and was willing to work around your schedule. He knew the value of the homes in our area and would suggest (not tell), us what he would sell the house for. It's always a good sign when your realtor doesn't tell you what you should do! It took awhile to sell her house because there were many renovations that needed completed, however, he sold her house for what she wanted. I would recommend Keith for anyone who is looking for an honest realtor who knows his business.

Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us. We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. She helped us secure the deal and we will be moving in soon. We would recommend Connie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. She is a great realtor and a genuinely wonderful human being!
