This the 2nd time I have worked with Morgan. The first was to sell my home and this time was to find my forever home. She sold my first house the first weekend it hit the market. This time we looked at a few houses and found the one we loved. We made an offer and it was accepted. Morgan was involved from start to finish in helping us thru this process. If I ever buy or sell again Morgan will certainly be my choice of realtors to work for me.

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

I hired Tino to sell my home. He was amazing. Tino was thorough, comprehensive and efficient from start to finish. He made selling my home an easy transaction for both myself and the buyers. I will have Tino represent me on my next real estate transaction. I highly recommend Tino Catania for all real estate needs!

The experience from start to finish was A+. I have been involved in a plethora of real estate transactions in my life and this was the best. The communication and knowledge of the market was superior. Victoria kept me well informed on the market conditions and traffic through the home as well as the financial components post the accepting of the offer. Selling at full price was GREAT!!! This was the second transaction with Victoria and she made this transaction GREAT again!!
