Diane gave us personal and kind service to help my father at age 92 sell his home that he had been living in for over 60 years. She was very patient , understanding and respectful of all of my fathers wishes. She met with him on several occasions to verify specific details. My father does not have access to a computer or WiFi, so Diane had to come out several times to have him physically sign papers. Settlement did take place approximately 10 days later but family members were unable to physically drive him to settlement and he wanted to meet the new buyers. Her husband drove 40 minutes from their home to get my father and take him to settlement and then drove him back home to waltonwood in Ashburn. She and her husband were able to fulfill my father’s wish to meet the new buyers, and we so appreciate that. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience gave my father the security and the confidence to move to an Adult community without any regrets.
