Lynn, (Loretta Ober) told me her plan to get my 22.25 acre lot sold. She took me through step by step as to what she was going to do. After dealing with another Realtor who had my lot for 3 years and couldn't get it sold, Lynn had it sold withing 4 months! She is amazing and I recommend her to anyone who wants to get their property sold! Lynn is easy to work with and gets the results your looking for!

Kari told us what was needed to prepare our house to be sold. This helped us sell it quickly and for more than asking. She was overall very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed working with her. We liked Kari so much the first time we bought our house in 2015 that we used her again to sell our house in 2026.
