There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure. I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process for the first time with anyone other than Jess. Jess was patient, informed, and willing to look at all types of homes until I figured out what was best for me. She was good at asking me what I liked and disliked about each property that we viewed which was a huge help in keeping things in persepctive.
