I have known Ruth for many years. Who knew that during the sale of our home that had solar panels on it, that they would have been the drawback to so many people. We worked and she worked to answer all the questions, and yet still we had to remove the panels. Ruth did her market comps and we hoped it would have gone for more—and it would have without the panels. Things we learn…… It took a while, but the sale was done, Ruth was diligent about all the smaller items and things that we may have forgotten. As a buyer and seller herself, she is able to see both sides of the coin, and that knowledge was hugely instrumental.

Chris was a very hard-working and professional realtor. He was available anytime day or night. He was very easy to work with, and is a person of great integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I ever needed to use a realtor again, I would definitely go to him first.
