This review of my selling experience with Karen is a little late however that being said. When we first listed my fathers home we interviewed two possible realtors. Karen showed genuine interest in his home. She listened as we explained all the history and nuances of a well loved home. I mean if one lived in a home for 40+ years there is some things and stories that go with the home. She made every step of the seem effortless. She was always available when there were questions or concerns. She made us feel comfortable when it came to our open house. She was an excellent negotiator always looking out for our best interest. Throughout the entire transaction Karen was extremely forthright and honest and I personally would not have any hesitations on recommending her to friends. I know she will be representing us in the very near future.

I reached out to Jeremy frequently and sometimes at odd hours. No matter when or what time it was, he didn’t hesitate returning my call. I had numerous houses that I wanted my son to look at on my behalf and I had lots of questions about several properties. He always researched and got answers and then made the properties we wanted to see available to view. He had that calming guidance when I was frustrated. His demeanor helped me not throw in the towel, because this endeavor of all the different people and entities and document signings associated with this purchase got to be too much and it was not buyer friendly to me. But thanks to Jeremy it’s over.

Thomas went above and beyond helping us purchase our dream home! He was always available by phone or email, helped research and make calls for advice on technical things about the home, going out of his way to support my husband and I! Thomas was always honest, and I feel this is a rarity in the modern world! He truly looks out for your best interest and wants what’s best for you! We will never buy another house, haha cause we finally have what we have always wanted, but if we did, would definitely reach out to Thomas! Thank you Thomas!
