She kept in touch when the market was quiet as well as when it heated up and a sale was imminent. She always had more than one option to handle a curve from a prospective buyer or agent. She seems to never be in a hurry. She's been in this game for a long time, and it shows. When I need to buy or sell real estate in the future, Wendy will be my agent again. Well done, Wendy!
