It was through Don's insight that I received double of what I thought my property was worth. He took the time and experience to prepare this unusual and unique property and market it to the exact clientele I was seeking to sell to.

We were working with our 2nd agent when we met Chris at one of his listings. During that interaction, I realized he was the agent for us. He gave us a lot of advice on the different areas we were searching in, something our previous agents never offered. He was very easy to talk with and listened to what we had to say. When we finally started working with Chris, he was so patient with us about all the many different houses we wanted to look at...truly, no rhyme or reason, though he did have some info to share about some of the places we went to. I think if we wanted to look at a house in Philly, he would've accommodated that request. Lol. Anyhow, his knowledge in real estate made me feel very comfortable with making an offer in this house. He moved quickly to get us all the appropriate paperwork to get the purchasing started, and in less than 2 weeks, we're in our new house! Thank you, Chris for your patience and help. We hope to work with you again, but not too soon! Lol

Working with Ted was absolutely amazing! In this competitive market, speed is everything, and Ted was always on top of it. The second a home hit the market, he was ready to show us — sometimes within just 15 minutes of it going live! His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication gave us such an advantage and made the process so much less stressful. We always felt like we were his top priority, and his professionalism and energy truly set him apart. If you want an agent who goes above and beyond to help you secure your dream home, Ted is the one!
