I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. We could not have had the successful sale that we did without his help. I would recommend him highly to anyone trying to sell a house!

I wanted someone who would be able to walk us through the process and ease our minds. Margie was all of that and then some for us and made the usually stressful process a very positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and was patient with us, she gave us advice on how to negotiate the offer and it paid off as we were able to get the home we wanted. She's a good communicator, very responsive to emails and texts and had made herself very available throughout the whole process. Even when there weren't many houses on the market, she took it upon herself to talk to homeowners in the neighborhood that we wanted to buy a house in to get a feel for any homes that may be coming available.
