She explained things thoroughly and was patient with us, she gave us advice on how to negotiate the offer and it paid off as we were able to get the home we wanted. She's a good communicator, very responsive to emails and texts and had made herself very available throughout the whole process. Even when there weren't many houses on the market, she took it upon herself to talk to homeowners in the neighborhood that we wanted to buy a house in to get a feel for any homes that may be coming available.
