I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure. Eric does a great job educating on the process for buying and selling and really takes time to understand your situation to help guide you through the process.

She was always very upfront and extremely nice. Very prompt and attentive to letting us know what needed done and by when. She's wonderful. She was both the buyer and seller representative for our sale but I never felt like there was a conflict of interest with her.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.
