With 12 years of experience, His compassion, love for real estate and overall sense and ability of truly just wanting to help people, shine through and are made obvious from the very first time you meet him. My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
