Yvonne was very cheerful and had a positive attitude that the house would sell quickly. I felt very comfortable with her and what her plans were to sell the home. She make suggestions how to prepare and setup for an open house (even with packed boxes in view). Yvonne provided some water and munchies available for prospective buyers which helps to delay the guests exit & also spend more time with inquiries for info regarding the home and property.
