My company has 100s of REO assets across the US. Out of all of the liquidations we've worked through, Mr. Hoobler was one of the easiest brokers to onboard and work with. He was prompt to take action in securing the property, negotiating cash for keys agreement with a squatter, accurate valuation, and getting a buyer to the table immediately. I wish there were more people in the industry like him! You can tell he is a great guy outside of work and a man of character.
