We recently had Kia Hostetler as our listing agent through Coldwell Banker Realty. She was absolutely incredible! Her knowledge and research done for our area was thorough and top notch! We were very confident in trusting her guidance and judgment on listing my mothers home, as it was an emotional experience for me and my family. Kia’s timely response to questions made me feel so at ease and she showed that she truly cared about doing her absolute best for me. She was very professional and willing to take a risk in only having 6 days for prospective buyers to make an offer. It totally paid off and we were offered above our asking price! I will definitely use Kia as our agent in any future endeavors we may have as well as recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that will just S L A Y for you!

Thomas went above and beyond helping us purchase our dream home! He was always available by phone or email, helped research and make calls for advice on technical things about the home, going out of his way to support my husband and I! Thomas was always honest, and I feel this is a rarity in the modern world! He truly looks out for your best interest and wants what’s best for you! We will never buy another house, haha cause we finally have what we have always wanted, but if we did, would definitely reach out to Thomas! Thank you Thomas!

Anita made the process of selling our house so easy and we believe she made the difference in the price we got for it! By the end of the sale, she wasn’t just a realtor but a great friend. I highly recommend trusting Anita with your home purchase or sale. We never once questioned her intentions, it’s clear she wants the very best for her clients. She is “on it” when it comes to purchasing or selling homes in this crazy market. You won’t regret choosing her to help you navigate the world of real estate!
