He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

I began my home buying process mid February of this year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 soon became an obstacle we had to face. Stephanie made everything SO easy, and walked me through every step - even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was always extremely patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the process. If there was ever anything she was unsure about, she almost immediately found the answers she needed, and got back to me.
