She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I don't think that I can understate how nervous I was about the search for a new home in today's market - and I cannot understate how Sara made the process so much easier. From day one, she was communicative and had a genuine desire not just to make a sale - but to help my husband and I get into a place we could call our own. My husband at first thought we might be able to do this without a realtor. It took a total of one conversation with Sara for him to agree we were making the right decision with her.
