We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold. After looking at several homes, we decided to rent for a while thinking it would be easier if we were closer. The rental market was also difficult, but Connie helped us secure a rental home. Over the course of about a year and a half - she showed us a lot of homes - but nothing was quite right. Connie was always available to show us homes and was so patient with us. When we saw this home go on the market we called her immediately. We were able to see the house the next morning - and we fell in love with it. She was always very upfront and extremely nice. Very prompt and attentive to letting us know what needed done and by when. She's wonderful. She was both the buyer and seller representative for our sale but I never felt like there was a conflict of interest with her.
