Finding the right realtor is a major step in selling and/or purchasing a home. You need to work with someone you can trust and someone who is dependable and gets results. Jill gets NOTHING BUT RESULTS. Jill was always available and responded quickly when I had a question, no matter what time of day I may have asked. The home I sold was priced to sell, and that is thanks to Jill and her knowledge and expertise with the housing market. Jill made all of my worries disappear and made the process of selling and purchasing a home as smooth as I could have ever imagined. I couldn’t be happier in my new home. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. I have bought home with realtor Naresh Rai Absolutely amazing guy and it wouldn’t be possible without his expertise. He is very expert in explaining each and every detail in house showing. Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
