Tricia was an amazing agent. We drove down to Maryland from Pennsylvania after seeing the house on the internet. We called the agent on the sign and he told us he couldn't represent the seller and the buyer so he contacted Tricia for us. She called us immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we got to see the property the next day. Her guidance throughout the entire sale transaction was seamless. There were two safety issues that I would not budge on and the sellers did not want to deal with; however, she came up with a plan that satisfied us. We first met Connie at an open house while we were exploring the area about 2 years ago. We were moving from out of town, and didn't know much about the area. Connie was down to earth, friendly and engaging - and very knowledgeable about the Harrisburg area and the housing market in general. We felt comfortable with her right away. But, houses were selling very quickly - and it was hard to get down to see anything before it sold.
