Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Sean was always available to answer questions during the home shopping process and the official buying process. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client.
