Ms. Ava Parker-Preston is simply amazing. In my humble estimation, everyone should have Ava as their realtor. She is worth her weight in gold. She made the buyer experience for my husband and me seamless. Ava was there every step of the way guiding, providing invaluable insight, and smoothing out hiccups during our home-buying process. She has an amazing network of professionals who can assist with every need you have for your home. Ava is a consummate professional - personable and eager to provide the best experience possible. She catered to our every need, and it was a joy for her. Ava loves what she does and it was reflected in all of our interactions.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

Sean was just amazing. From the first meeting...taking in our Wish List and what our family needed. Sean explained everything from day 1 what we had to do... What the process was..... How MUCH paper work was involved....how we might get 80% off what we wanted in our dream world. Sean was willing to meet any day or any time. Buying a house is really the biggest thing you will ever do in your life but when you have a person you can trust and believe in ..... Like Sean Hicks...YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE. We can't thank this guy enough for what he has done for this family. SEAN HICKS you rock n roll. Can't wait to have you over when we move in. Football and Chilli ( homemade of course) YOUR ARE CRAZY IF YOU DONT GET THIS GUY AS YOUR AGENT
