Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure. I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process for the first time with anyone other than Jess. Jess was patient, informed, and willing to look at all types of homes until I figured out what was best for me. She was good at asking me what I liked and disliked about each property that we viewed which was a huge help in keeping things in persepctive. I may fall in love with a house because it has beautiful wood floors, but let's not forget the basement that's straight out of a horror movie when making major life decisions! I never felt pressured to make a decision, hurry up, or not take a second look at a place I was unsure about. Jess was patient with me as I spent forever reviewing every word of the paperwork and was able to answer any questions I had about the process or what I needed to do next. Another quality I appreciated was her ability to understand what she may not know or be entirely sure about, go find the answer and immediately follow up with me once she had. I would reccomend her to a friend, without hesitation.

I don't think that I can understate how nervous I was about the search for a new home in today's market - and I cannot understate how Sara made the process so much easier. From day one, she was communicative and had a genuine desire not just to make a sale - but to help my husband and I get into a place we could call our own. My husband at first thought we might be able to do this without a realtor. It took a total of one conversation with Sara for him to agree we were making the right decision with her. The first house we saw was a bit of a disaster (sometimes pictures do truly look better than in person), but Sara took it as a chance to educate us as to what we should be looking for as we looked at other properties - and with that knowledge, we were able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted in the properties we saw. She was on top of everything from the moment we decided to put in an offer to one of the homes we saw, and was an absolute godsend during the entire process, from the offer to the inspection to the signing. She has even made a point to reach out in the weeks after signing to check in how we're doing in our new home, and even bought a dog toy to welcome our corgi into our home. I am very aware that we were incredibly lucky with our home search to find our dream home - and incredibly luck to have Sara as our agent! I will forever recommend her - and will be keeping her number for the (hopefully) distant day we have to move again!
