His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war!
