With 12 years of experience, His compassion, love for real estate and overall sense and ability of truly just wanting to help people, shine through and are made obvious from the very first time you meet him. My entire family has now used him as their realtor. I have used other realtors in the past, Brent Hill, BY FAR, is hands down the best! I will NEVER use another agent again. He is always available for any questions you may have and makes the process of home buying/home selling soooo much less stressful in an already high stress and crazy hectic time. He goes well above and beyond in every and any way I can think of. There is not a single other realtor that I know, or have heard of, that have done or can do what Brent does and has done . This man truly is a “jack of all trades”, from landscaping, painting, hanging, mudding and sanding drywall, through any other job you would need to hire a general contractor for. If There is an issue or problem, Brent most likely can do or fix it himself. If by chance there is something that needs fixed or addressed, and Brent can’t do it, chances are, he has a very well established business and professional relationship with someone who can, and probably for a much lower cost than you would find otherwise. I really cannot express or put into words, how great this man really is. I promise, You will be doing yourself a GREAT DISSERVICE by not using him as your agent!! Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Sean was always available to answer questions during the home shopping process and the official buying process. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.
