We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with our realtor. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping us achieve our goals. He guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, always making sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions. What truly set him apart was his dedication and work ethic. After a major snowstorm, he personally cleared the snow from our driveway and walkways to ensure our scheduled showings could still take place. That level of commitment speaks volumes about how seriously he takes his role and how much he cares about his clients. He consistently went above and beyond what we ever expected. He was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and strategic in his approach. We always felt like a priority, and his market expertise gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, proactive, and truly invested in delivering results. Five stars all the way!

Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Sean was always available to answer questions during the home shopping process and the official buying process. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

Roz is an exceptional realtor! It was such a joy to work with her through a very challenging rental property sale. The property sold quickly and she guided me through the process efficiently yet with a patient and calm spirit! She tackled the multiple challenges with grace and confidently closed the deal. Her reassuring and positive attitude was definitely needed on this one! I look forward to working with Roz on my next purchase. Thanks for going above and beyond, I so appreciate you!
