I was left with only 5 months to sell my house before taxes would have taken it or the Bank for mortgage. My brother was supposed to buy it and then up and moved away with only 5 months to pay taxes. It would hurtful but I called up Tyler and explained the situation. Signed the contract with him. Gave the keys and he had it sold in 4 months.
The sell of my house went very smoothly. I found Tyler to be very knowledgeable with the comps and the value of my home. Closing went super easy, I was able to stop by after work to do all the signing of the paperwork so I didn't have to miss any work and attend the closing.
