When we needed inspections or additional work quotes, she sought out the professionals needed and scheduled for them to see the house and got quotes within a reasonable time frame. She is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and out of real estate and what to expect when. She gave sound advice on improvements that could be made or work that would need to be completed to sell for maximum profit. I would gladly work with Ginney again.
