Went out of her way to fix any discrepancies in a timely manner. In my personal opinion, she went above & beyond on the sale of this property.. I couldn’t thank her & the sellers enough. Phenomenal people.

Cathi was delightful as an agent. She greeted us with a smile each time we met in person. Her phone calls made us feel relaxed and comfortable when discussing information about the house. Cathi was knowledgeable on all steps involved in selling a house. Her prompt involvement in scheduling and organizing meetings was professionally communicated. Cathi was patient and pleasant when answering questions for us. She gave us a timeline for the paperwork and forms that needed signed. Cathi negotiated and explained what costs were for the sellers and buyers. Our experience, with Cathi, went smoothly. Excellent agent.

Cathi's Communication is always great (not sure if she ever sleeps) Her knowledge far exceeds the knowledge of the market. I feel this is because the FISH Realtors all work together weather they are making money off the transaction or not. They have a wonderful team who strive everyday to put eachother first so everyone can succeed. As for being professional.... Someone need to come up with a word that can be use to describe professional on a whole new level. I recommend Cathi a 1,000% but if you can't work with Cathi for some reason then if you work with a FISH Realtor then everything will turn out GREAT!!!
