I contacted Robert on Monday morning and asked to see 284 Kepp Rd property. We were able to see it on Tuesday morning along with a couple others just to see them. I made an offer Tuesday afternoon & they countered Wednesday closer to my offer with a deadline of 5 pm to accept. Which I did and now it is being renovated. Robert did a great job!

Ginney was excellent to work with. She openly communicated with us every step of the way during the entire process. She knows the local market well and has numerous contacts and vendors to help the selling process along. When we needed inspections or additional work quotes, she sought out the professionals needed and scheduled for them to see the house and got quotes within a reasonable time frame. She is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and out of real estate and what to expect when.
