Coordinating the sale of a home while buying a new one is stressful, but working with Tyler made all the difference in the world. When we first started feeling like it was time to sell, I honestly had no idea where to even begin. I knew God wanted me to pick Tyler, even though I didn’t know him at al… I even told him the first day I met him that God was leading me to work with him. He probably thought I was crazy or had no idea what ride he was getting into by helping us follow God’s plan, but from day one, he was an absolute blessing to work with. Even though I didn’t know Tyler prior to this journey, he is someone our family will never forget. What sets him apart is his genuine integrity and how deeply he cares about his clients. Navigating a simultaneous buy and sell comes with an overwhelming amount of moving parts, and Tyler felt that same stress and pressure right alongside us to ensure we sold our house and found the right new place for our family. Through every high and low of the process, Tyler was an anchor for us! He kept a positive attitude through every twist and turn, listened with total empathy, and fully respected our perspective every time we said, "Well, that’s just not God’s plan." He never pushed or rushed us; instead, he supported us step by step with patience, honesty, and clear guidance. His organization and constant communication kept both transactions moving forward seamlessly behind the scenes. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will protect your interests, share your values, and work tirelessly with true heart and integrity, I cannot recommend Tyler enough. He is professional, grounded, and genuinely invested in the families he serves. I will recommend him again and again!

Very nice and above all he made us extremely comfortable with him as our agent.

Excellent with start to finish

Dottie took us through the entire process from showing the house to attending the closing. She is very knowledgeable with real estate and communicates to us everything that is happening with the process. We really appreciated all she did to get us through this transaction. Thank you Dottie, you were great!!

Working with Dottie was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she offered thoughtful insight and wasn’t afraid to be candid with us, which we appreciated more than anything. Her honesty and guidance made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and manageable. Dottie gave us clear, step by step instructions at every stage, so we always knew what to expect and what needed to happen next. Her communication was excellent throughout, she kept us informed, answered every question promptly, and made sure we felt confident in each decision. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and genuine care, we found the perfect home for us. David and I are incredibly grateful for all of her support and would highly recommend Dottie to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can trust. Should we ever be in the market again, to sell or buy, she's our first call!

Dottie listed our property and she did everything you could possibly do to sell it. She virtually staged it, advertised in numerous places (ie facebook, instagram, marketplace, newspapers) and she did a virtual tour of the house and held open houses. She was extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and professional in showing the house. She knew everything about the property and was very informative to us as to status of each showing. Dottie is someone I would trust to sell my house.
