Derek was an excellent agent to work with. He not only kept us in the loop constantly and consistently, but he went above and beyond to help us get our house sold. Derek took care of things for the house that we physically couldn't take care of in person due to us moving out of state. From beginning to end, Derek explained contracts, documents and all other paperwork thoroughly and answered any and all questions we had, making it a smooth and easy process. Elvin was very receptive of my expectations and patience with everything I had ask him for , I needed to sell the house and then move and he was able to include a clause where the buyers allow me to stay in the house even after closing day . Elvin even helped me but providing resources for my new apt hunt . I will recommend Elvin again if needed and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family !
