Dan was awesome from the first phone call we ever had with him to buy our house. 3 years later we knew we wanted to use him to sell our house as well because he is the absolute best. He knows the in's and out's of everything, and not just the paperwork, he knows construction and houses too so he was very helpful with things to look for in the physical house. He made the selling process smooth and is available 24/7 for anything. He knows that it can be a stressful process so he keeps the process very calm when he is explaining things.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the market and guided us through several unexpected issues to help us reach an outcome that worked for both parties. He responded quickly whenever we had a question. He was always very professional, but also a genuinely nice person to work with. I would easily recommend him to a friend.

Theresa helped us with the sale of our home. Regardless of what she had going on, she made our needs a priority. Any concerns we had, she was able to address them and resolve them quickly. She continues to learn and expand her knowledge of the field to better serve her clients. We would definitely recommend her if you were buying or selling a home.

Working with Theresa was great. She helped in any possible through the long drawn out process of acquiring 33 acres. Any questions or concerns I had she either had an answer for me and made sure to find the answer or who would have the answer. Definitely will deal with Theresa again when looking for future investments.

Theresa went above and beyond to make my experience with her no less then great! Before dealing with Theresa, I had felt defeated with the sale of my camp. Theresa helped me not only sell my place, but made the entire process as easy as possible for me. Theresa was prompt, attentive to my questions, and caring of my situation. Her knowledge eased my worry and made the camp sale happen swiftly. Thank you 100 times for all of your help, and friendliness throughout everything!!!
