My Wife and I were very pleased with the whole experience. Tara is a great agent and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. I can say we were very impressed with how professional, approachable and easy going Tara was. Not to mention how prompt she was anytime we had a question. Her overall knowledge of the process and market made the experience that much easier. My Wife and I couldn't thank Tara Runk and the office enough for helping us along this journey purchasing our dream home.

If you are looking for an agent who genuinely cares, look no further than Mrs. BJ Bellotti. From day one, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected while helping us both sell our home and buy our next one. When unexpected hurdles came up and things got stressful, Mrs. Bellotti didn't back down for a second. She stayed right by our side, advocated for us, kept us calm, and navigated every challenge on both transactions with total confidence and expertise. It never felt like just a business deal—it felt like having a true partner in our corner. We are so grateful for all her hard work, patience, and dedication. We cannot recommend Mrs. BJ Bellotti highly enough!

Coordinating the sale of a home while buying a new one is stressful, but working with Tyler made all the difference in the world. When we first started feeling like it was time to sell, I honestly had no idea where to even begin. I knew God wanted me to pick Tyler, even though I didn’t know him at al… I even told him the first day I met him that God was leading me to work with him. He probably thought I was crazy or had no idea what ride he was getting into by helping us follow God’s plan, but from day one, he was an absolute blessing to work with. Even though I didn’t know Tyler prior to this journey, he is someone our family will never forget. What sets him apart is his genuine integrity and how deeply he cares about his clients. Navigating a simultaneous buy and sell comes with an overwhelming amount of moving parts, and Tyler felt that same stress and pressure right alongside us to ensure we sold our house and found the right new place for our family. Through every high and low of the process, Tyler was an anchor for us! He kept a positive attitude through every twist and turn, listened with total empathy, and fully respected our perspective every time we said, "Well, that’s just not God’s plan." He never pushed or rushed us; instead, he supported us step by step with patience, honesty, and clear guidance. His organization and constant communication kept both transactions moving forward seamlessly behind the scenes. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will protect your interests, share your values, and work tirelessly with true heart and integrity, I cannot recommend Tyler enough. He is professional, grounded, and genuinely invested in the families he serves. I will recommend him again and again!
