Nicolette from the moment we listed our house until the day we closed was wonderful. She walked us through the best price options and what our plan was from day one. She kept in constant contact updating us on market values and her thoughts on getting our house sold. Her recommendations were always spot on and it make our process so much easier know we had someone looking out for our best interests. She knows her job inside and out. When the house went under contract she guided us through all the inspections and helped us find the people that would best and honestly fix what problems came up in our inspections. Her professionalism and kindness through the entire process can’t be beat. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We had a fantastic experience working with Nicolette Penska. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly familiar with the area, which made the entire process smooth and stress free. Nicolette was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and she consistently responded quickly and thoroughly. She is kind and patient, which made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend Nicolette to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she goes above and beyond for her clients!

Nicolette was great! Listed and sold in 2 days for over asking. Painless and fast. She was better than expected, a phone call or text away for any questions. Highly recommend!!!!
