From start to finish Molly was an incredible real estate agent. Her communication was awesome. Always answered the phone calls and returnedtext quickly. The property had some issues but Molly found the buyers and got the house sold. Molly kept on top of the other agents, the inspectors, the buyer's lender, and even made recommendations for trusted aelectrician, exterminator, and an HVAC specialist. Molly was there for the good news but more importantly when there was bad news, and unfortunately there was a good amount of bad news, Molly was there to explain the situation and was always able to come up with the best solution. And ultimately, even though I insisted on starting off at a higher price, a house sold for nearly exactly what she said it would. We would absolutely recommend Molly to be your real estate agent.

CJ was very responsive from the start.
