Could not have had a better ending experience!

This is my second time working with Ryan. Ryan set my house up to sell well! It sold for $50k more for what I’d bought it for 6 months previously. I had to move for work; and I wasn’t sure how it would sell given the current housing climate. Ryan helped my house to shine, did awesome with marketing, and my house went under contract within a day of listing for asking price! He answered all of my questions along the way efficiently and comprehensively. He advocated for me to the buyers.
