Jenna showed her expertise when it came to questioning the inspection reports by helping prioritize areas of greatest concern. She was a beast in the negotiations ring. And we always knew she had our best interest and our backs. Highly recommend. Funny. Tolerated our bad jokes and never discounted our dreams.

Jenna went out of her way to be flexible with my schedule to show me houses. She was very communicative and helped me to understand the entire process. Any time I was stuck or had questions, I knew she’d be available to help guide me and provide clear answers. She was pleasant to be around and made me feel confident in being a first time buyer

Jenna was absolutely fabulous as our buyer's agent. She kept us updated every step of the way, helped us understand the legal processes and genuinely cared about our experience. We had lived in our house for 20 years and she was patient and understanding of the emotions that come with leaving a place you've spent most of your children's lives in. We can't wait to list our house with Jenna as our selling agent.

It was a pleasure working with Steve. He is very knowledgeable about the market and sold my house fast.

Steve made a very stressful time in our lives turn into a very smooth transaction! He handled every issue and made our home sale East and pain free!

From the very first day we met with Steve at our house, he went to work to assist us in selling our house. We were very impressed with his professionalism and hard work. I simply cannot say enough great things about Steve and Melanie! We were kept apprised every step along the way from the listing to the closing. Melanie was instrumental in getting necessary paperwork to us and keep things moving smoothly to closing. You will not meet a more knowledgeable team and kinder folks! I very highly recommend using this team whenever you are looking to either buy or sell your next home.
