I could write a very lengthy review, but I think it would be more effective to mention the best part (for me) in having Ed as my agent. I was returning back to active duty for the Air Force, and I wound up pretty far away from my house. Ed was there and was able to bridge many of the things which needed to be done in person. This was extremely helpful as it did not force me to continuous return back to Pennsylvania to handle these parts of the sale. I have said this once before, but I will certainly say it again.
