The photographer that was hired did an exceptional job. When the home was on the market Shelly kept me updated on the realtor feedback and items that needed attention. As a seller you need to respect the realtor’s time and limit your phone calls, texts, and emails. Once we had a contract signed and the buyer wanted some repairs Shelly was very helpful. A realtor can give you names of tradespeople but is not making recommendations - that is your responsibility to hire the contractor.
