Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Christine was amazing. We were looking for our first house and had a agent that was not communicating well. We met Christine at a open house and soon after we got her on our team. She was infinitely patient and talked me off of a few ledges that I climbed up in the home buying process. She took us to see at least 20 houses, probably more, and smiled through the whole process. We found a beautiful house in an area that we really like, nothing else that we saw would fit us as well as where we are and that is thanks to Christine getting us to houses that worked for us.
