He quickly got a feel for what type of property I was looking for, and as we looked for properties his recommendations honed in on what I was looking for, even if I wasn't exactly sure what that was at the very beginning. His market knowledge, and experience was something I leveraged to make the best possible purchase of a property. He was able to offer insight into what the sellers were likely thinking, and his guidance helped to solidify suppositions I had about several properties and why they might not have been the wisest homes to purchase. Overall, he was an agent I would recommend to others when it comes to the purchase of a home and his insight in the market about how wise a purchase particular properties might be is something I would listen to.

It was a wonderful experience. Tetyana always helped with all the issues, scheduled appointments at a convenient time for us, and always helped with all our problems. She helped us understand all the intricacies of buying a house.

We were not sure where we wanted to live, and she was so good about going miles north, south and east of the city to look at houses with us. She eventually felt like part of the family and worked very hard to make everything exactly like we wanted. We are so happy in our new home and couldn’t recommend her enough.
